Return & Exchange Policy

You need to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery if you want to exchange or return the product. The product tags must be intact and the product must be unused.  Follow the steps below to make a return/exchange request:

• Call us/Message us/Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Our team will create a concern request for the product
• Once the request is created, you need to ship the product to us within 24 hours.
• Once we receive the product, we do the quality checks and confirm your request once it passes all the checks.
• You will get a gift card worth of the product amount plus shipping charges you paid to return the product in case of return request. This gift card can be used anytime on our website with no expiry.
• We will ship the new product as per your request in case of exchange request. Please note, for the exchanged product - no return/exchange would be available.
