Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here are the details of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting our customer service team at theclassycoordinates@gmail.com.
• If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the order from being shipped.

Refunds:

• If we are able to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If we are unable to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please refer to our returns/refunds policy for information on how to return your merchandise.

Exceptions:

• We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation requests that do not meet our requirements.
• We cannot cancel orders for final sale merchandise or gift cards.
